Easy Returns, Powered by Redo 

At Niswa Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All returns are started through our online returns portal linked above.

  • If your order includes Redo Returns Coverage (purchased at checkout, where available), return shipping will be covered where applicable.

  • If your order does not include Redo coverage, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Standard Return Window 

You may request a return within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be: 

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed 
  • In its original condition with tags still attached

If these conditions are met, you may receive: 

  • Full Refund — for full-priced items returned within 15 days (domestic orders only). Note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are capped at $200; any amount above that will be issued as store credit. 
  • Store Credit — if your item is returned after 15 days but within 90 days while meeting the above conditions, you will receive store credit valid for 12 months. 

Partial refunds or store credit may be issued depending on elapsed time and item condition. 

Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return 

The following are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a cash refund: 

  • Items purchased during promotional events (Black Friday, Eid Sales, site-wide blowout sales, clearance, or any markdown) 
  • Orders placed using a discount or promo code (store credit only) 
  • Gift cards, gift boxes, hijab bundles, and sale hijabs 
  • Unpackaged hijabs, hijab caps, prayer sets, swimwear, jewelry, scrunchies, pins, and other personal/hygiene items 
  • Items purchased under a "Get 1 Free" promotion (the free item must also be returned; if not, its retail value will be deducted from any store credit issued) 

Final sale items may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at helpdesk@niswafashion.com within 2 days of delivery. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective items and will ship a replacement at no cost to you. 

Return Shipping 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels (except for Redo coverage holders, where applicable). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance — we are not responsible for lost returns. 

International Orders 

We do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders. International returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to additional shipping and customs costs. Prepaid duties and taxes (DDP or DDU) are non-refundable — please contact your local customs office for tax refund inquiries. 

Incorrect Address 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address, and we will not cover reshipping costs. If a package is returned to us, original shipping fees plus a 10–25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund before it is issued. 

Processing Time 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days to process it. After your refund is issued, allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Niswa Fashion reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or store credit if items do not meet our policy requirements. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
