Return & Refunds Policy


At Niswa Fashion, customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product, you may do so within 7 days upon receiving your order.*

All returns past 7 days will, unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Any returns made past 7 days but before 20 days, will be eligible for store credit only.*

** partial refunds and store credit may be issued depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, all returned articles must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping:

All return shipping cost is solely responsible by the customer. We do not offer free returns and are not responsible for return shipping. If however, a mistake was made on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

When initiating a return, you may use whatever shipping method you prefer. We recommend acquiring a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance. Niswa Fashion is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.


Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you once your refund/store credit is approved and issued.

All Reimbursements are made to the original payment method used by the customer.

Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of the return.

We always ask the customer to make sure the address provided is correct as Niswa Fashion is not responsible for reshipping any packages that were returned due to incorrect address. Niswa Fashion is not be liable to pay shipping cost for the next shipment. We will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid.


Niswa Fashion no longer accepts exchanges. We can not guarantee your favorite item will be available. In order to provide a better user-friendly experience, we advise customers to place a new order for the available items of your choice and receive store credit to apply to new order.

Sale Items:

All SALE, CLEARANCE, BLOWOUT SALE items are FINAL sale. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

All jewelry and cosmetic products are also FINAL SALE and will not be returned and refunded due to hygienic reasons.

If you use a promotion at checkout, such as "free scarf or mystery bag with purchase", and choose to return, the free promotional item/s will either, A.) need to be returned as well in its original, unworn condition or B.) deducted from your refund at the current selling price if the item is chosen to be kept. This will apply to other promotions that involve multiple items, such as Buy One, Get One Free, or Buy One, Get One % Off. 

International Shipping:

Please allow anywhere from 8-30 days for the delivery of your order. Niswa Fashion has no control over delays that may occur depending on your country's regulations

*Niswa Fashion is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.

Please note that during the Holiday season processing times are usually delayed. Delivery time is based on the courriel service holiday schedule and cannot guarantee a definite arrival date. Tracking Numbers may or may not be available depending on the method of shipment used.

International Refunds:

Refunds or Returns for International Customers is available. We must receive the item within 30 days from the date received. Return shipping costs is also at the customer's expense.

Please note that we provide discounted shipping at our own expense for our international customers to make it more affordable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds:

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us so we can better assist you.
